Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the streamer's loyalty website and points program. By signing in with Kick or using the service, you accept these rules.
1. General
The service is operated by the streamer (the Administrator). Points are virtual loyalty credits — they are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no value outside this website.
2. Account
Access requires a Kick account. You must provide accurate profile data. One person may hold one account. The Administrator may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or abuse the system.
3. Earning points
Points are awarded for qualifying activity during live streams (chat participation, watch time, subscriptions, gifts, and other events configured by the Administrator). Rates and rules may change; the current configuration is shown on the site.
4. Redemptions and giveaways
Points can be spent on rewards listed in the shop or used in raffles and giveaways announced by the streamer. Redemptions are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. Physical or digital prizes are delivered according to instructions provided after redemption.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use bots, multi-accounting, spam, exploits, or any method intended to farm points unfairly. The Administrator may revoke points, cancel redemptions, or ban users without prior notice in case of abuse.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. The Administrator is not liable for outages, data loss, or changes to Kick that affect point accrual. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes
The Administrator may update these terms. Material changes will be published on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent via the contact address listed on the website.
